BOOKING POLICIES
Natural Ti's Loc Gallery Client Policies
No kids or extra guests are allowed, unless being serviced or have received prior consent. Please shampoo your hair no more than 48hrs hours before your scheduled appointment. If hair isn’t clean we will have to charge you for a shampoo service ($20)
CONSULTATION POLICY
Consultation Policy: A consultation is mandatory before any service. Consultations are $50(non-refundable).
LATE POLICY
A 10 minute grace period had been allotted. A courtesy text or call at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time if you know you’re going to be late. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, a $1 per minute late fee will be added to your total amount due or a 100% service booked will be charged pending interference with the next scheduled client.
CANCELLATION POLICY

All appointments must be cancelled with at least 24 hours notice of your scheduled appointment time , there is a $25 same day cancellation fee and it will have to be paid before you can rebook.

If your Consultant, have to cancel any appointments for any reason, related to illnesses or family emergencies, they will provide a recommended list of qualified consultants that will be able to provide a retightening service. If you choose not to set up an appointment with another consultant and opt for being overdue please refer to the Overdue section.
REFUND POLICY
Consultations are non-refundable. Deposits for a service are non-refundable once a service is booked. Deposits for installs/establishments are non-refundable, however your quote is redeemable for 30 days. After 30 days a new consultation is required OR a $100 growth fee will be automatically applied.
OVERDUE POLICY
As a courtesy to myself and the integrity of your locs, a retighten is needed every 4-6 weeks (300+ Locs ) 6-8 weeks (100+ Locs) based on what we agreed on. Any appointments over our agreed-upon maintenance schedule will require an initial fee of $25 per week overdue fee. Example: If your agreed-upon maintenance schedule is set at 6 weeks and you are overdue by 2 weeks which would be your 8th week you would pay your retighten fee plus $25 for week 7 then $25 for week 8.
